Fast home internet in
Daly City, CA

U-wifi Home Unlimited is $55 a month anywhere we're live in Daly City, whether you're in Serramonte, Westlake or out by Broadmoor. The next-gen gateway, two-day shipping and your first 30 days are free, and there's no contract. Or pay nothing at all with FreeU: watch ads you choose in the U-wifi app and earn credit toward your bill.

Every U-wifi customer in Daly City can switch on FreeU inside the U-wifi app. Our Choice Advertising model lets you pick the ads you see, and watching them earns credit against your monthly service. Watch enough and the $55 is covered. Keep watching past that and you earn U-Bonus points toward merchandise in the U-store. Same gateway, same unlimited data, same speeds.

Wired speeds in Daly City vary widely by street and neighborhood. Some blocks see fiber, others get legacy cable, and plenty of addresses have nothing at all. Tower-based service delivers consistent broadband across the city without depending on what's buried under your street. U-wifi doesn't tie you to one network. Our gateway picks the strongest 5G signal at your address across the major national carriers and switches if a better one appears, so you get the best speed available in your part of Daly City at any given hour. For the best signal, put the gateway near a window on the highest floor, facing the nearest tower.

Wildfire season, public safety power shutoffs, and winter atmospheric rivers are the main risks in Daly City. Because U-wifi runs on multiple carrier networks instead of a single cable line, if one tower goes down your gateway shifts to the next available one. During a major event, service depends on carrier tower power. If the towers stay up and your home has electricity or backup power, your connection stays live even when a single provider's infrastructure is offline.

Yes. Apartment buildings around Serramonte Center and Westlake Shopping Center get the same plug-and-play setup as single-family homes, with no landlord approval required. The gateway plugs into any outlet and works best near a window. No drilling, no antennas on the roof and nothing to remove when you move out. The gateway's wifi covers a typical 2,500 square foot home and supports up to 256 devices, so a one-bedroom or a shared house is fine.

Enter your Daly City address to confirm coverage, order, and the gateway arrives within two days. Plug it in, find the U-wifi network on your phone or laptop, and enter the password printed on the bottom of the gateway. That's the whole install. No technician, no appointment window, and your first 30 days are a free trial.

Pack the gateway, plug it in at the new address and connect as usual. Then sign in to your U-wifi account and update your address. Nothing to return, nothing to reschedule, and the price stays the same.

U-wifi is live across Daly City and in Pacifica, San Bruno and South San Francisco. Enter your address to confirm availability at your home. If you're on the edge of coverage, the gateway also supports an external antenna for weaker 5G areas.
