Fast home internet in
Novi, MI

U-wifi Home Unlimited is $55 a month anywhere we're live in Novi, whether you're in Novi Town Center, Northville or out by Farmington Hills. The next-gen gateway, two-day shipping and your first 30 days are free, and there's no contract. Or pay nothing at all with FreeU: watch ads you choose in the U-wifi app and earn credit toward your bill.

Every U-wifi customer in Novi can switch on FreeU inside the U-wifi app. Our Choice Advertising model lets you pick the ads you see, and watching them earns credit against your monthly service. Watch enough and the $55 is covered. Keep watching past that and you earn U-Bonus points toward merchandise in the U-store. Same gateway, same unlimited data, same speeds.

Wired speeds in Novi vary widely by street and neighborhood, especially in newer subdivisions where infrastructure is still catching up. Tower-based 5G delivers true broadband across multiple carriers, so you get the strongest signal available at your address. U-wifi doesn't tie you to one network. Our gateway picks the strongest 5G signal at your address across the major national carriers and switches if a better one appears, so you get the best speed available in your part of Novi at any given hour. For the best signal, put the gateway near a window on the highest floor, facing the nearest tower.

Lake-effect snow and ice storms hit Novi hard in winter, and single-cable connections can go down when a line snaps or a pole falls. U-wifi connects to multiple carrier towers instead of one fixed line, so if one network drops your gateway switches to another automatically. During a major ice storm, service depends on carrier tower power and backup systems, but you're not waiting on a single provider to restore a downed cable.

Yes. Apartments and condos around Twelve Oaks Mall and Twelve Mile Crossing at Fountain Walk get the same plug-and-play setup as single-family homes. The gateway plugs into any outlet and works best near a window. No drilling, no antennas on the roof and nothing to remove when you move out. The gateway's wifi covers a typical 2,500 square foot home and supports up to 256 devices, so a one-bedroom or a shared house is fine.

Enter your Novi address to confirm coverage, order, and the gateway arrives within two days. Plug it in, find the U-wifi network on your phone or laptop, and enter the password printed on the bottom of the gateway. That's the whole install. No technician, no appointment window, and your first 30 days are a free trial.

Pack the gateway, plug it in at the new address and connect as usual. Then sign in to your U-wifi account and update your address. Nothing to return, nothing to reschedule, and the price stays the same.

U-wifi is live across Novi and in Farmington Hills, Livonia and Westland. Enter your address to confirm availability at your home. If you're on the edge of coverage, the gateway also supports an external antenna for weaker 5G areas.
